We’re continuing to work on making our delivery services as flexible as possible to ensure we can get our products out to you as fast as we can. Our delivery is available five days a week (Monday to Friday) and we reassure all our customers, with the fragility of some of our products, we take extra special care in the packing of our products to ensure they arrive at you in great condition.

There is no minimum order value for our trade customers. 
Please note, as a trade-only business, Lina Home will not deliver to non-business or residential addresses.


We are delighted to offer Free Shipping to UK Mainland for all orders over £500 ex VAT.  There are some exclusions, please see list* below.

Booking In Deliveries

All deliveries will be booked in by our Lina Home Dispatch team prior to the dispatch of any goods. For Ireland, our couriers book in when goods reach port. 
Deliveries can be made between 09:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday. 
Deliveries lead time is between 3-5 working days for UK mainland and 5-7 working days for Ireland. 
At the time of booking, please advise the Lina Home Dispatch team of any special shipping requirements, including opening times, loading bay closing times or pedestrian-only areas.

Timed Shipping Service

We offer a timed shipping service, allowing you to choose a specific time to receive your goods. With this option, a charge is applicable to the buyer for this service that shall be advised at the time of booking.

Cancellation of Order

If the buyer decides to cancel the order while it's been picked and palletized in our dispatch department then there will 20% restocking charges + VAT.

Failure to Receive Delivery

If the buyer is not available to take in the booked order, or the order needs to be re-directed to another address other than that of booking, a charge of £20 per pallet and £10 per box for non-pallet deliveries will be applicable to the buyer for storage and re-shipping. This will be advised prior to re-shipping by Lina Home. 
If the buyer cancels an order or refuses delivery once the order leaves our warehouse, we will deduct a 20% restocking charges, £30 per pallet / £10 for box delivery + VAT from the credit against that invoice.

Delivery Details

The buyer’s premises must allow access to facilitate and maneuvers an articulated vehicle within close proximity of the shipping point and all deliveries from Lina Home are palletized unless otherwise advised by the Lina Home Dispatch team when booking in. 
Drivers are unaccompanied and may require assistance with unloading. Please be aware that the carrier company’s insurance only covers shipping to your door and does not extend to moving items inside your property and/or offloading pallets. Ensure you have planned ahead to move your goods further into your property. 
Customers have a 30-minute unloading period. In the event that the buyer fails to unload goods within 30mins of the arrival at the buyer’s premises, the buyer will incur additional costs. 
Whilst we ensure that goods are packed suitably for shipping on pallets, Lina Home packaging is not suitable to send directly to consumers. We require that all goods are inspected prior to sending out to your customers and additional packaging added as required. Lina Home is only liable for goods delivered to your premises.
