Product Materials & Finishing Disclaimer
Wood
WOOD products are designed to highlight the natural beauty of wood and will often show interesting features such as knots and grain shading. These natural features will often vary from piece to piece and even within the same product, making each item unique. This individuality should not be mistaken for flaws.
Mirror
MIRROR designs include intentional gaps at cut corners to allow for the natural expansion and contraction of the wooden body with temperature changes. Avoid placing furniture near radiators or heat sources to prevent cracking. Clean mirrored or glass panels using a non-solvent-based cleaner and a soft cloth, avoiding wooden or painted areas.
Glass
GLASS items may show slight imperfections like air bubbles, tool marks, or colour irregularities. These are typical of handmade glassware and are part of its charm. Shapes and finishes will vary slightly between pieces.
Metal
METAL pieces are often handcrafted, which means slight weld marks, colour variances, or small imperfections are expected and celebrated as part of their authenticity.
*Swirl Metal Table Lamp – Small holes near the top are intentional and part of the electroplating process to drain plating water and prevent rust. This is not a defect.
*Ariana Chrome and Mirror Tray – Welding variations are common in handmade products and should not be seen as defects.
Stone
STONE surfaces, including marble and granite (and composite variants), will differ in colour and veining. We cannot guarantee an exact match to the photos shown. Use coasters and mats to reduce the risk of scratching high-gloss finishes.
Fabric
FABRIC materials, including PVC and faux leather, may naturally change colour, fade, or show wear over time—especially with sunlight or environmental exposure. Leather items may show wrinkles or natural texture variances from dyeing and tanning processes.
*Marrakech and Apollo ranges – Slight variation in fabric colour may occur.
Faux Leather (Polyurethane/PU) mimics real leather but can crack or tear more easily. Minor imperfections like glue marks at corners and joints are normal and not considered defects.
Ceramic & Polyresin
CERAMIC & POLYRESIN items may include size and shape variations, firing marks, or pattern inconsistencies due to the handmade nature of these items. These are not faults.
Florals
FLORALS (Artificial Flowers) may fade after 3 months. Keep away from direct sunlight and rotate regularly to maintain even appearance.
Gems & Beads
GEMS & BEADS are applied by hand. Some loose pieces may be found during unboxing. Handle items carefully to avoid detachment.
Handles
HANDLES are designed with extended tubes and larger screw holes to prevent pressure damage. Slight looseness is intentional and avoids breakage. Do not overtighten screws.
Plastic
PLASTIC finishes may show slight colour or texture variations. We aim to match product samples as closely as possible.
Art
ART (Wall Art Paintings) may vary due to hand-application techniques and canvas texture. Small imperfections or indentations are part of the product’s uniqueness.
Lighting
LIGHTING – Our range includes metal, ceramic, and glass lamps. Each may show small distinctions due to the nature of the materials and handcrafted finish. These differences are not considered defects.
Note
These natural and handmade characteristics are not considered damages or defects, and credit or replacement requests based on these attributes will not be accepted. Product colours may appear different on-screen due to monitor settings and brightness.
